Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
What We Need
To help resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the shipping box, including any visible damage
- The batch or lot code, if available
Resolution
Depending on availability, we will offer either a replacement shipment, or a refund to the original payment method.
